Clinician bios are available here. If you have additional questions, please call us at 919-825-1718 and leave a voicemail. One of the clinicians will return your call and help you to figure out which clinician might best suit your needs. We also offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to help you feel at ease with your therapist before you come in. At Relationship Restoration we believe that the right fit is crucial for the therapeutic process. If at any time you’d like to choose another therapist, you are encouraged to do so. And if one of our therapists is not a good fit, we are happy to make recommendations for other therapists in the community.

The cost for treatment varies depending on the clinician. Each of the therapists carry a reduced fee caseload at any given time. Please let us know when you call to make your appointment if finances are a barrier to therapy.
While we are credentialed with insurance companies, we chose to stay out of network providers so that our clients get the most effective, private treatment without limitations while still being able to utilize their out of network benefits. If you need help finding more information about your benefits, please use this form, and we can help you in understanding your coverage. We will be happy to file your insurance as a courtesy to you. Payment is expected at the time of service, and if your insurance provides out-of-network mental health coverage, they will reimburse you directly for all or part of your session.

This is a difficult question to answer because the length of a course of therapy will vary depending on your individual needs, background, and the issues that are being addressed. We encourage potential clients to call us for a free phone consultation to discuss details of therapy and what approach we see fit. Therapy can be short term to address specific issues or long term to untangle engrained patterns. In any case, it’s common to schedule weekly sessions in the beginning then move towards more time in between as you see progress.

Relationship Restoration observes a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full fee. Cancellations are accepted by voicemail, text, email, or phone and can be made over the weekend or evenings as well as during business hours.
